Certification Has Important Policy Change
The HFTP Global Board of Directors recently approved a policy change in regards to the CHAE and CHTP education maintenance points. This policy update reduces the amount of maintenance points that can be attained through HFTP membership. These educational maintenance changes affect those who will be active members of HFTP on January 1, 2011. Non HFTP member designees will not be affected by these changes. More...

Schedule Changes for Next Year’s Annual Convention

HFTP recently announced a change in schedule for the 2010 Annual Convention & Tradeshow. The new schedule changes the conference to a Monday through Thursday event instead of the previous Wednesday through Saturday schedule. Houston Chapter Held First Regional Conference Since 1991
HFTP Greater Houston Chapter hosted its first Regional Conference since 1991. The conference, held at the University of Houston, Conrad Hilton College on July 17 – 18, was attended by 25 hospitality professionals from Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
