CPE Accreditation Information
Participants may obtain maintenance points and continuing professional education credit hours (CPEs) for various certification programs. Attendees have the opportunity to earn several CPE points by attending the many educational opportunities at Annual Convention 2011.
Thursday, October 20 – Thursday, October 22
Up to 20 CPE points may be earned by attending the education sessions.
Wednesday, October 19

- Certification Reception (invitation only) - 1.2 CPE
- First-Time Attendee Orientation - 1.2 CPE
Exhibitor Tutorials
2 additional CPE points may be earned by attending the exhibitor tutorials on Wednesday evening and Thursday afternoon, during the exhibit hall hours.
Individual sessions are presented as an overview of the topics. No advanced preparation is required nor are there prerequisites required for attending any of the education sessions at the Annual Convention. Courses presented at the Annual Convention utilize a group-live instructional method.
Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
