CHAE Review
The Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive (CHAE) is a hospitality industry designation showing competency in accounting. This session will provide you with what you need to know  to pass the exam.  Individuals interested in sitting for the exam must also pre-register with HFTP’s Certification Department.

CHTP Review
Registration is required to attend this session. The Certified Hospitality Technology Professional (CHTP) is a hospitality-specific technology designation. This session will provide you with what you need to know to pass the exam. Individuals interested in sitting for the exam must also pre-register with HFTP’s Certification Department.

Hotel Track: Disaster Recovery and Planning
Has your organization planned for a natural disaster such as floods, hurricanes, earthquakes or health pandemic? Do you have proper and adequate insurance? Is your computer information backed up and kept in a safe place? Is someone specifically trained to speak for the organization in respect to disaster reaction? Are recovery plans reviewed regularly? This session explores these questions and more.
