Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing at the HFTP office. An administrative fee of $50 U.S. is charged on all cancellations received by July 25, 2008. No refunds are issued after these dates.

What to Wear
The conference dress is business casual. Due to personal comfort ranges and since meeting rooms tend to be cold, please bring a sweater or light jacket.

CHAE and CHTP Exams
The CHAE and CHTP exams are offered in conjunction with the conference on Sunday, August 24, 2008 from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. If you are interested in taking the exam, contact the HFTP Certification Department.
