HITEC Exhibitor Service Manual

The service manual will take you through the necessary steps – from marketing your presence at the show, ordering services for your booth, and shipping your exhibit materials to and from the show.

The primary booth contact for each contracted company will be sent the access password via email to open the link below. This will be sent only when the exhibit space is paid-in-full. Show Management will not provide the password to anyone other than the booth contact in our system.

Please note: The password to open this document will be sent to most exhibitors (paid) the week of March 24 via email, and others as booth payments are received. The passwords for your Company Profile and Exhibitor Registration will be different and cannot be used here.

Problems getting the file?
Please check the Security setting in your browser's Internet Options menu. You may need to lower the security level, and then log out and back in before you can open the document. Reset your security settings after you download the file. Please be patient while downloading the 4.2 MB file.

Tips

Use bookmarks: Read the manual and become familiar with each section. Every page is bookmarked for easy access with section divider pages that provide outlines of each section.

Print the manual: This PDF document is 130 pages. Print it in two or three parts to minimize printer tie ups.

View color brochures: Some GES pages offer color brochure viewing in the upper left corner. To return to the original page after viewing the brochure, simply click the green GO arrow in the browser (Explorer) header.

Meet show deadlines: Meet deadlines for ordering show services to save time and money. Check out the Deadline Checklist for a quick reference. The A-Z Preview provides important details about the show so refer to it if you are looking for a specific item in the manual.

GES online ordering: GES offers online ordering of their products and services, located in Sections 7 through 9. GES will send an email to the primary booth contact with instructions on how to access their online order system on ges.com. A customer login will be provided by GES- Show Management does not have this information.
