Exhibitor Registration

HITEC 2010 exhibitor registration will open Spring 2010. 

Each person working in your booth must register as an exhibitor and wear a conference name badge. The designated booth contact for your company will be sent login information to access your company's online registration form and is responsible for registering your company's exhibit staff.
 
DO NOT register exhibit staff as attendees as they will not have access to the exhibit hall during non-show hours.

Complimentary Exhibitor Registrations

Your company receives two complimentary exhibitor full conference registrations per 10’x10’ space occupied. These badges provide access to the exhibit hall, Monday-Thursday HITEC educational sessions (unless ticketed) and Monday’s Welcome Reception.

Additional Exhibit Staff

Booth Staff - $125 USD
These badges provide access to the exhibit hall, general sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and Monday’s Welcome Reception. Does not permit access to education sessions.

Exhibitor Full Conference - $525 USD
These badges provide access to the exhibit hall, Monday-Thursday HITEC educational sessions (unless ticketed) and Monday’s Welcome Reception.
