Exhibitor Badge Registration

2013 HITEC - Online EXHIBITOR Registration here

Each person working in the exhibiting company's booth must register as an exhibitor and wear a conference name badge and wrist band. The designated booth contact for each company will be sent login information to access the company's online registration form and is responsible for registering attending exhibit staff.
 
DO NOT register exhibit staff as attendees as they will not have access to the exhibit hall during non-show hours.

Complimentary Exhibitor Badges

Exhibiting companies receive two complimentary exhibitor full conference badges per 10’x10’ (100sf) space occupied. These badges provide access to the exhibit hall, all Monday-Thursday HITEC education sessions and Monday’s Welcome Reception. The badges does not permit access to any co-located conferences.

Additional Exhibit Staff

Booth Staff - $150 each USD
These badges provide access to the exhibit hall, Keynote Sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and Monday’s Opening Party. The badge does not permit access to HITEC concurrent education sessions or any co-located conferences.

Exhibitor Full Conference - $575 each USD
These badges provide access to the exhibit hall, all Monday-Thursday HITEC education sessions and Monday’s Opening Party. The badge does not permit access to any co-located conferences.
