Learn. Connect. Succeed.

Concurrent Education Sessions

The HITEC Advisory Council selects the cutting-edge education program at HITEC. A Call for Topics is posted on the HFTP website and submissions are due late August. Although it is not usual to have vendors/exhibitors on the education program, there are some exceptions. For speaker policies and procedures, contact Irma Sutherland.

Sponsor an education session to reach a highly targeted niche group. Includes: verbal recognition, signage, and a table to set out brochures/giveaways. For a list of available session topics, contact Laura Renfro.

Exhibitor Tutorials

Applications are no longer being accepted for exhibitor tutorials.

Exhibitor Tutorial presentations provide basic information to help attendees become more informed buyers. They are promoted to attendees as being educational in a non-selling environment.

The tutorials are half hour sessions, assigned first-come, first-served to exhibiting companies with a signed Contract for Exhibit Space and paid in full.

The fee to present an Exhibitor Tutorial session is $500 USD. The application and guidelines for the tutorials will be posted here in April.  All exhibitors are notified when the application is available. For more information contact Bryan Wood.

Tutorial Schedule

These sessions are held during the show Tuesday and Wednesday in classrooms on the exhibit hall floor. There are twenty four (24) sessions available with two sessions running concurrently during each time slot.
