TechTours
Looking for an opportunity to contribute to the educational program at HITEC? Consider participating in the TechTour Educational Session planned for HITEC 2012. HITEC attendees will go on a guided tour of the expo show floor to continue to learn more about the latest trends in certain technologies. Applications available in March.
Exhibitor Tutorials
Exhibitor Tutorial presentations provide basic information to help attendees become more informed buyers. They are promoted to attendees as being educational in a non-selling environment.
The tutorials are half hour sessions, assigned first-come, first-served to exhibiting companies with a signed Contract for Exhibit Space and paid in full.
The fee to present an Exhibitor Tutorial session is $795 USD. The application and guidelines for the tutorials will be posted here in April. All exhibitors are notified when the application is available.

Tutorial Schedule
These sessions are held during the show in a classroom on the exhibit hall floor. There are twelve (12) sessions available.
Tuesday, June 26 and Wednesday, June 27
10:30 – 11:00 AM
11:15 – 11:45 AM
12:00 – 12:30 PM
12:45 – 1:15 PM
1:30 – 2:00 PM
2:15 – 2:45 PM
Technology Showcases
Technology Showcases are one-hour sessions, held during non-show hours, that allow exhibiting companies to share valuable industry and product knowledge with HITEC attendees. This is an excellent opportunity to invite clients who are using your product to explain their applications and benefits to attendees in an educational setting.
The fee to present a Technology Showcasel session is $3,500 USD. Showcase availability is limited to five and includes meeting room and session description in the onsite program. Designated days, times and guidelines apply.
