HITEC 2012 Technology Showcases
About HITEC Technology Showcases
HITEC Technology Showcases are one-hour presentations, conducted by HITEC exhibitors intended to provide information to help HITEC attendees become more informed buyers. This is an excellent opportunity to invite clients who are using the company’s product to explain their applications and benefits to attendees in an educational setting. It is strongly suggested that these sessions be educational in a non-selling environment.
The sessions are held during non-show hours on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, in a meeting room in the Convention Center. There are four (4) sessions available on a first-come, first-served basis to contracted HITEC exhibitors who have fulfilled their financial obligations to HFTP. Sessions will not be assigned to companies that have not contracted for exhibit space.
Schedule of available sessions (limited to 4):

Sessions are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis to exhibiting companies that submit a completed online application and meet the prerequisites. Once all sessions have been filled, exhibitors that are designated a Technology Showcase session will receive a detailed confirmation and an invoice of $3,500 USD via email. Only companies designated a Technology Showcase will be contacted via email with details about their session.
