Event Policies

(Applicable to ALL events)

- Only exhibiting companies in good standing may request function approval. All outstanding booth/sponsorship payments must be paid by March 1, 2012 to be considered "in good standing".

- Events held DURING Official HITEC hours listed below (educational sessions, exposition hours, Welcome Reception) must be for NO MORE THAN 35 participants and MUST be held INSIDE the Baltimore Convention Center.

Official HITEC event hours are:
Monday, June 25: 8:15 AM - 8:00PM
Tuesday, June 26: 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM
Wednesday, June 27: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday, June 28: 8:15 AM - 4:30 PM

- If an exhibiting company's HITEC 2012 exhibit space is cancelled for any reason, all function space must be canceled and you will not be permitted to hold events during HITEC 2012.

- Invitations to your event cannot be distributed from your booth or the show floor.

- Approved companies are not permitted to sublet, sell sponsorships, or display space at any function space to other suppliers without specific approval from HFTP.

- Contracted exhibitors are not permitted to secure event space on behalf of non-exhibiting companies.


Off-site Events
