contact HFTP if any companies have contacted you wanting to make your hotel reservations. If you have used these companies, be alert for fraudulent charges.
As a reminder, booking reservations outside of the HITEC room block through other sites such as Travelocity, Orbitz, etc., also negatively affects HFTP’s and HITEC’s bottom line. HFTP works hard to negotiate the best possible rates at the best hotels to meet your needs.
