HFTP's 2012 Leadership Summit, formerly Leadership Academy, is a special event held each year to provide HFTP's volunteer leaders and members the tools they need to succeed. Leadership Summit Mission:
The mission of this conference is to provide the leadership skills necessary to increase chapter's success and to facilitate communication between HFTP chapters, members, staff and HFTP Board of Directors. The Leadership Summit Conference allows chapter representatives to participate in motivational educational sessions and group activities to help achieve chapter goals.

Stipend
Chapters will receive an automatic (1) $1000 stipend for Leadership Summit attendance. Attendance counts after the evaluation form is filled out at the end of day two of the conference. Leadership Summit stipends are allocated to chapters in November.

PLEASE NOTE, it is the chapter's responsibility to reimburse the attendee(s) for travel expenses. Additional stipends are no longer granted.
