HFTP solicits education session ideas and presenters for its ProLinks Online Educational Sessions year-round. Submissions are kept on file for consideration for one year, and an HFTP staff member will contact you if your submission is selected. For more information, contact the ProLinks Liaison by

ProLinksFormat: Live, one-hour sessions using interactive web conferencing technology (Macromedia Breeze) with PowerPoint presentation, audio from the presenter, polling and live chat from the attendees. All submitted information must be non-proprietary and educational in nature, not sales or product specific.
Audience: Attendees are technology and financial professionals from all disciplines of the hospitality industry.
Speakers/Topic Selection:Presenters for online educational conferences are from the hospitality industry and are known to be well versed in the selected topic. Topics are selected based on current industry focus. Because HFTP is a non-profit organization, it is important to note that individuals who are selected to present or interview for an online educational conference are responsible for their own expenses and honorariums are not provided.
Presenters must be available to meet with the ProLinks Liaison via telephone for training and testing prior to the session. Presenters are provided a microphone by HFTP, and presenters must have a compatible system and high-speed internet connection. Scheduling is somewhat flexible and HFTP makes every effort to accommodate the speaker's schedule.
Submitting information does not guarantee you an opportunity to present a ProLinks Online Educational Session.
Recordings are subject to review and may or may not be posted at the discretion of HFTP.

Format:A two day event that features combined general sessions and concurrent sessions specific to hospitality technology with exhibits.
Audience:
EHTEC brings together delegates representing the technology sector of hotel companies, clubs, resort properties, casinos and other hospitality-related businesses. Average conference size is 200 people.
Speakers/Topic Selection:
The EHTEC Advisory Council reviews all speaker submissions and formulates the education program with help from the HFTP staff. As an exhibitor/vendor, if your submitted topic is selected for presentation this does not guarantee you will be invited to sit on the session’s panel.

The Call for Presentations form is posted on the HFTP website in September and submissions are due in November. The HFTP Education Advisory Council reviews all speaker submissions in December and determines the education program based on the HFTP members’ needs.

A four-day conference and three-day exhibition focusing on the latest trends in hospitality technology, products and services.
Audience:
Attendees are primarily technology professionals from hotels, hotel management companies, clubs, resorts and related hospitality properties. Average conference size is over 4,500 people.
Speaker/Topic Selection: The HITEC Advisory Council formulates the education program with help from the HFTP staff. A Call for Topics is posted on the HFTP website and submissions are due late-August. Contact

HITEC Exhibitor Tutorials are 30-minute presentations, conducted by HITEC exhibitors that provide basic information to help HITEC attendees become more informed buyers. These sessions are promoted to HITEC attendees as being educational in a non-selling environment. HITEC Tutorial Sessions are held during show hours on Tuesday and Wednesday, in classrooms on the exhibit hall floor.
The Exhibitor Tutorial application will be available in early April. There are twenty four (24) sessions available with two sessions running concurrently during each time slot.
