Exhibitor Tutorial Application>

What is an Exhibitor Tutorial?

Exhibitor Tutorials are 30-minute sessions, led by representatives from exhibiting companies, which provide vendor expertise about a product, service or technology in a non-sales environment. No audio/visual or computer equipment is provided or permitted, as this will be an informal setting. 

Attendees can earn up to two (2) CPE credits for their CHAE or CHTP maintenance for attending all four of the tutorials. Tutorials take place in the exhibit hall during show hours and there is only one session offered during each time slot.

 Guidelines

· Tutorials are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis to Annual Convention exhibitors who have a signed contract on file and fully paid booth space. Only four (4) tutorial sessions are available.

· Your company must be a contracted exhibitor and the proposed presenter(s) must be an employee of said company and registered for the convention and tradeshow.

· A two or three sentence description will only be accepted and suitable for printing in the program.

· If selected, your session may be promoted from your booth.

A tutorial session fee of $150 must be submitted with application.  Payment will only be processed if your tutorial session is approved.
