The HFTP Foundation Board of Trustees are the governing body of the Foundation. The Trustees have authority and are responsible for the governance and management of the affairs of the Foundation and the distribution of its funds. The Trustees establish the policy and monitors implementation of policy by staff under the direction of The Foundation’s president and executive director.
