Annual Convention

The HFTP Annual Convention gathers hundreds of hospitality finance and technology professionals for three days of education, featured vendors, networking and social activities. It is an occasion to celebrate the association and recognize the accomplishments of members for that year. The program is planned by an advisory council of experienced industry professionals in-the-know of current issues and trends.

Overview

The HFTP Annual Convention held annually in the Fall, gathers hundreds of hospitality finance and technology professionals for three days of networking, education sessions, featured vendors, and networking and social activities. In addition, the convention is an occasion for HFTP to celebrate and recognize the accomplishments of the association and its members for that year. The program is planned by an advisory council composed of experienced industry professionals who are in-the-know of current issues and trends.

Registration

Early Full Conference Registration Rates (through September 11, 2024). All prices in U.S. Dollars.

  • HFTP Member: $995

  • Nonmember: $1,195

  • HFTP Young Professional Member: $750

  • HFTP Student Member: $200

Please note: You must have an HFTP User Account and be logged in to register online. All registrations are per individual and each registration must have a unique email address to receive the registration confirmation. If you are registering multiple attendees, a separate registration must be created for each individual.  A registration and badge are required for access to any official event function. Communication Preferences

HFTP will need to send important email communications to you regarding the event. You are encouraged to update your email preferences in your online HFTP User Account profile and make sure they are set to receive email from HFTP.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

All cancellation and transfer requests must be received in writing to HFTP and delivered to [email protected]. An administrative fee of $100 will be charged on all event cancellations received by September 11, 2024. No refunds will be given after this date. The transfer of a registration to a colleague is free of charge, however; it must be requested in writing to HFTP.

Call for Presentations

As part of the process for the educational program planning and development, HFTP invites hospitality professionals to submit the topics you would like to see presented. If you are well-informed on a current topic of interest and would like to share your ideas and expertise to an audience of hospitality finance and technology professionals, submit your presentation proposal today.
