CIO Summit

Strategy, Innovation, Leadership

The CIO Summit, from Hospitality Upgrade, is a two-day conference that offers a unique combination of networking, program and immersive social events for C-level technology executives. Participation is limited to the “who’s who” of technology leaders at major hotels, casinos, cruise lines, management and timeshare companies, allowing the industry's best, small peer networking experience.

Interactive Education Program

The interactive, attendee-driven content focuses on four key areas:

  • Career, personal, and leadership development

  • Using technology strategy as a platform for success

  • The business impact of technology

  • Private exposés into specific technology disciplines

Complimentary Attendance

There is no cost to participate in the event, with attendees only responsible for air transportation and accommodations. Everything else is taken care of, including airport pickup and drop-off, meals, and entertainment.

Exceptional Networking Experience

The CIO Summit schedule includes hours dedicated exclusively to peer-to-peer networking, optimal for sharing stories and best practices; or, engaging in back-and-forth discussions on business and technology issues. Arrive with a list of things you want to bounce off colleagues; at the Summit, the fact that you are competitors simply doesn't exist for two days. Connecting is top priority.

Collaboration Is Key

No Sales Allowed

This is an intimate gathering with very limited sponsorships and there are absolutely no sales pitches. This is an event for and about the technology leaders of the industry — ensuring a perfect setting for collaborating with colleagues.

Who Attends?

The CIO Summit is an invitation-only event. To receive an invitation, you must hold the title of CIO of direct technology activities at a major hotel, casino, cruise line, management or timeshare company. If you received an invitation and cannot attend, you may not send someone else in your place. Our invitation list includes the "who's who" of the industry. Although we want the Summit to thrive and grow, we will never compromise quality for quantity. Unprecedented peer-to-peer networking has proven to be an integral part of the conference.
