The inaugural CIO Summit EMEA was a success! Over 50 hospitality professionals attended the high-level IT executive event, hosted by HFTP at the Renaissance Barcelona Hotel, April 24-25.

This new event was a branch of The CIO Summit from Hospitality Upgrade, the technology magazine of HFTP, which has been the most successful CIO-level networking event in North America for over 20 years.

The Future of Technology in the EMEA

The event featured a robust education program and valuable roundtable discussions exploring the technologies set to have the biggest industry impact in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The opening session, "Best Practices for AI Adoption in Enterprises," was presented by Fourteen IP, the event’s platinum sponsor and a leading provider of AI and cloud telephony solutions for the hospitality industry. It examined best practices for AI adoption by enterprises, supported by several actual use case scenarios.
