In this webinar, an overview of the new Part II All Inclusive (AI) is presented.

Overview

The recently released 12th Revised Edition provides all interested parties with greater exposure to the revenues and expenses that drive profitability. Updated by the Global Finance Committee (GFC), an independent group of global financial leaders, members are leading a series of webinars to discuss significant changes from the 11th to the 12th Revised edition.

In this webinar, an overview of the new Part II All Inclusive (AI) is presented. This new section includes reporting guidance for AI hotels, which will be required for hotels that meet the stated threshold outlined in the USALI. This section of the book includes schedules for Package Revenue, Nonpackage Revenue, Rooms Expense, Food and Beverage Expense, Entertainment, and Nonpackage Revenue and Expense Summary. Attend this webinar for a primer of this new addition.
