Boyd is the vice president of digital and IT at Yotel Ltd, the innovative hotel start-up in the new “affordable luxury” sector. He has 20 years of experience in the airline world and the digital media sector. Fergus has been nominated into the CIO 100 list for 2016 and 2017. Prior to YOTEL, Fergus headed up eBusiness for Virgin Atlantic, and was responsible for sales optimisation on the market leading and award winning www.virginatlantic.com web site which generated over £300m pa, and for the mobile channel, live chat, web analytics, voice of the customer and the global affiliate programme. Fergus held senior roles in British Airways and headed up projects in BA’s Brands & Product Development department who created the market changing flat beds in business class. He also was one of the founding members of “eBA”, BA’s dotcom startup in 2000 which later transformed into BA.com which now turns over £2B pa.
Lapithus Hotel Management
Kettern is director of information technology at Lapithus Hotel Management GmbH as well as a member of the HITEC Amsterdam Advisory Council. At LHM he is responsible for all aspects of information technology at hotel and corporate level. He is also responsible for all guest-facing technologies at hotels and all back-of-house systems. Kettern looks after the corporate networks including their security. Most of his time is spent integrating newly acquired hotels into the Lapithus IT infrastructure. He also serves at the EAME IT Sub Committee of the IHG Owners Association.

Lyle Worthington, CHTP
The Student Hotel
Worthington is CIO at The Student Hotel in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and is currently serving as the 2016-2017 HFTP Global President. Previously, Worthington was a respected hospitality technology consultant who specialized in project management, strategic planning, decision making, critical thinking and people management. He is the concept originator for HFTP's successful hospitality technology pitch competition, Entrepreneur 20X. He is a regular contributor to Hospitality Upgrade, Hotel Yearbook, HFTP Connect and The Bottomline. Worthingon also regularly speaks at HFTP and hospitality industry events on a variety of topics.
Frank Wolfe, CAE
Wolfe joined HFTP in March 1991 as the association's director of education. He became executive vice president/CEO of HFTP in 1994, and at that time was one of the youngest association CEO's in North America. As HFTP’s CEO, Wolfe oversees the association’s operations, as well as represents the association worldwide at industry events, on industry boards and committees and via the news media. As the spokesperson for HFTP, Wolfe frequently speaks on hospitality finance, technology, social media and travel issues to varied audiences and has presented in more than 25 countries. Read More>

Zawadi is an independent agile delivery and transformation professional. He has worked across different industries, and has helped large companies and enterprises through their journey towards agile delivery and transformation, especially at scale. Zawadi is a licensed SAFe 4.5 trainer and practitioner. He is also the founder of the Agnostic Agile movement, and currently has a client portfolio spread across London and Melbourne.
