Saturday, October 24  
Early move-in by appointment only (Requires prior approval. Only applicable for booth sizes 20'x20' or larger)

Sunday, October 25
Exhibitor move-in:  8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Monday, October 26
Exhibitor move-in:  8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.*
*Can be extended on-site with approval.

SHOW HOURS*
Tuesday, October 27: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 28: 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 29: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
*Exhibitors can access exhibit floor each day at 7:00 a.m.

EXHIBITOR MOVE-OUT*
Thursday, October 29:  2:15 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday, October 30:  8:00 a.m. -  3:00 p.m.
*Exhibitors are not allowed to begin dismantling their booths until 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, October 29.
