GES EXHIBITOR SERVICE KIT
The official show contractor for HITEC San Antonio, Global Exposition Services (GES), has created an all-in-one online ordering portal for all exhibitor services. Exhibitors may use this site to find important information related to logistics deadlines, ordering services, booth designs, and everything else an exhibitor needs to make HITEC a successful experience.
Excel Pre-Show Attendee List Order Form
All exhibitors will receive a PDF version of the Pre-Show Attendee list 6-8 weeks prior to the event. Companies who wish to receive this list in Excel format must complete and return the order form provided below. Orders will be added to the exhibitor's booth invoice and sent upon receipt.
All exhibitors are required to obtain and provide proof of compliant liability insurance for their booth during HITEC San Antonio. Exhibiting companies which do not already have compliant coverage may choose to purchase a policy through RainProtection Insurance for $84 USD. The full Exhibitor Liability Insurance clause with policy requirements as well as the order form for RainProtection Insurance are found below.
Exhibitors must submit their proof of insurance no later than October 23, 2020.
MARKETING & SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Pre-Registration List - Market your presence at HITEC San Antonio to registered attendees. For each registrant, the data includes the following if provided during registration: name, job title, organization, address, and e-mail (if permission to release it is granted). In order to abide by the Canada Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), e-mail addresses for individuals residing in Canada will not be included. In addition, due to European data protection regulations, no contact information for individuals residing in the European Union (EU) will be included. Additional details and order form coming soon!

Exhibitor Press Opportunities - HFTP offers all exhibitors and attendees an abundance of opportunities to get their message out to the HITEC audience. Exhibitors can create Media Kits which are published to the HITEC website, visible to and available for download by all visitors.
