Student Membership

HFTP is proud to offer full-time hospitality students a free membership to the association. Student members are able to take advantage of all HFTP benefits. Students will network with leading industry professionals that help build strong business relationships even before graduation; and enter the job market with a professional network already in place.  

HFTP also offers the CHAE and CHTP Certification Programs to student members as well. Students do not receive printed copies of membership materials. HFTP student membership is online access only; therefore, student members are automatically opted in to all e-mail communications.

Student Verification

HFTP must receive verification of your full-time status as a student along with your application form (i.e. course schedule, tuition receipt, transcript, or valid Student I.D.).  The verification must be submitted via the Student membership application forms.

Membership Offer for Graduating Students

Current students are the future of the industry, and HFTP aims to continually educate and provide resources in the areas of finance and technology. Student Members who graduate and begin careers in the industry may now take advantage of the HFTP Young Professional Membership option for those under 30 years of age at $200 USD annually.  Contact HFTP Membership Development & Services to take advantage of this offer.
