Club & Hotel Controllers Conference

Call for Presentations for Concurrent Sessions: Accepted December - January
Format:
Two full days of club and hotel specific education.
Audience:
Attendees are financial professionals from clubs, hotels, resorts and related hospitality properties. Average conference size is 125-150 people.
Speaker/Topic Selection:
The HFTP Education Advisory Council reviews all speaker submissions and determines the education program based on the HFTP members’ needs. Submissions are accepted in December - January. Speakers receive a complimentary conference registration. If travel and/hotel expenses are needed, they must be requested in your submission.
Topic Ideas:
Emerging Trends, Best Practices, PCI, Labor Management, Food & Beverage, Technology, Healthcare Update, Legislative Update, Human Resources, Leadership, and more.
Submission Guidelines:
- Title of Session (10 words or less).
- Describe your session in no more than 150 words.
- Submit 3 learning objectives.
- Indicate if the proposed session is for the Club Track, Hotel Track or General Interest.
- Contact information for all presenters to include name, address, phone number and email.
- Presenter experience and biography.

HFTP Annual Convention

Format:
A three-day conference focusing on industry trends for the finance and technology professionals.
Audience:
Attendees are financial and technology professionals from clubs, hotels, resorts and related hospitality properties. Average conference size is 600+ people.
Speaker Selection:
The Annual Convention Advisory Council formulates the education program with help from the HFTP staff. Based on the established topics, if you would like to suggest a speaker for concurrent sessions there will be an opportunity to do so available starting in Feb/March.

ProLinks Webinars
HFTP accepts education session ideas and presenters for the online educational sessions year-round. Submissions are kept on file for consideration for one year, and an HFTP staff member will contact you if your submission is selected.

Live, one-hour sessions using interactive web conferencing technology with PowerPoint presentation, audio from the presenter, polling and live chat from the attendees. All submitted information must be non-proprietary and educational in nature, not sales or product specific.
Audience:
Attendees are financial and technology professionals from all disciplines of the hospitality industry.
Speakers/Topic Selection:
Presenters for online educational conferences are from the hospitality industry and are known to be well versed in the selected topic. Topics are selected based on current industry focus.
Presenters must be available to meet via telephone for training and testing prior to the session. Presenters will need a phone for audio and must have a compatible system and high-speed internet connection.
Submitting information does not guarantee you an opportunity to present a ProLinks online educational session.
Recordings are subject to review and may or may not be posted at the discretion of HFTP.
