Carefully curated by the expert HFTP Club Advisory Council, this year’s education slate was specifically designed to address many of the industry’s greatest ongoing challenges today. Attendees benefited from cybersecurity advice provided by the U.S. Secret Service, creative solutions to persistent staffing challenges, actual case studies in successful capital planning, an in-depth exploration of today’s complex insurance landscape, and much more.
Afterwards, attendees praised this year’s education program:
The event paired its educational offerings with table-top exhibits featuring representatives from several club solution provider companies. This exhibition gives attendees an opportunity to explore services and products available to them in relation to what they learn about in the education sessions.
Established in 2018, the HFTP Club Summit has quickly become a key program for the association’s club segment offerings. The conference provides a setting for high-level club professionals and industry experts to directly address the topics that are most compelling and important to this specialized segment of hospitality. It also encourages attendees to build valuable connections with other professionals in the club sector through various networking opportunities.
Wrote one attendee following the 2023 conference: “The HFTP 2023 Club Summit in Denver brings together an exceptional group of club controllers, creating a unique and valuable forum for sharing insights, best practices and innovations. With a highly focused and purposeful agenda, attendees can expect to leave the conference empowered and inspired to drive positive change within their clubs.”
“The HFTP Club Summit is the best place to network with fellow club financial professionals on a high level. It is one of the most important conferences of the year for me to attend,” wrote another.
