Get Ready: HITEC 2025 Presentation Proposals, Submissions Accepted Jan. 8–29, 2025

Get ready to share your expertise. The HITEC Advisory Council and HFTP will be considering presentation proposals for HITEC 2025, taking place June 16–19 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Ind. 

HFTP will accept presentation proposals from January 8–29, 2025.

It is preferred that proposals be exclusively created for HITEC 2025. Proposals should be industry-specific and designed for seasoned hospitality professionals. Conference attendees are interested in hearing about best practices and receiving tangible, actionable insights they can implement on the job immediately. Proposals should also be vendor and brand neutral in order to be considered. Presenters will receive a complimentary registration in exchange for speaking. Presenters will then be responsible for their own travel and hotel expenses incurred.
