2024 HFTP Compensation and Benefits Survey is Now Available

HFTP is pleased to announce that the 2024 report is now available. 

First established in 1989, the biannual HFTP Compensation and Benefits Survey has served as a consistent resource to compare pay scales and other compensation information for accounting, finance and technology professionals in the club and lodging industries.

The 2024 survey was distributed in the Summer of 2024 to HFTP members and industry stakeholders worldwide. The response rate grew slightly for this year’s survey, with a total of 460 respondents accessing the survey (452 in 2022; 396 in 2018), with a 72 percent completion rate. Participants were categorized into the following world regions: North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia/Pacific, Latin America, Middle East, and Africa.

The report serves as a summary of the survey results in charts and tables with supplemental text explanation. Sub-group analysis is also presented by job title and industry segment. We hope you find this information useful in your professional and strategic planning.
