The importance of corporate digital responsibility has been pushed to the forefront with the many data breaches. There have also been lawsuits against companies that have not properly protected customers' data. And, with the CrowdStrike incident in July last year, it is proven that even a cybersecurity technology company is not immune to problems and issues. Although there were no data breaches in this case, corporate digital responsibility is more than data security.
To that end, HFTP formed the Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR) Task Force for the club industry at the Club Summit 2025. The aim is to establish a “Corporate Digital Responsibility Code of Conduct for the Club Industry.” The task force, comprised of club director of finance, general managers, technology and insurance vendors, consultants, and educators, produced the following list of items that they believed should be included in the Code of Conduct.
We need YOUR help. Whether you are associated with a club or provide services to clubs, we would like to know your view regarding digital responsibility. We kindly invite you to complete a survey, which should take about 10 minutes. Please fill in a few demographic questions and help us rate the items, as this will help the task force prioritize them.
For more details about CDR, please visit this LINK to an article published in the inaugural edition of HFTP's Tech+Fin Hospitality Magazine.
Answer the Survey (please reply by May 26).
Participants who complete the survey by the deadline will be entered in a raffle for a chance to win a free HFTP annual membership.
